Mac OSX - Configuration
To access the preferences section of Scopia Desktop on Mac, go to the Menu Bar at the top of your screen and select Scopia Desktop > Preferences.
This will open up information that will allow you to adjust:
- Send / Receive bandwidth
- Video Definition (Standard / Enhanced / High)
- Audio & Camera defaults upon joining meetings
- Notification defaults
- Audio input & output defaults
Tips
- We recommend that if you have a recent Mac with a Dual Core CPU that you run the Video Definition in Enhanced Mode.
