REANNZ's Capability Build Fund supports our core members to build capability and awareness of KAREN. The Capability Build Fund is a $4.8m fund (excl GST) provided by the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology over three years to 2009.

As part of their ongoing commitment to the research and education sectors, and their partnering relationship with REANNZ, TelstraClear has committed $500,000 to the Government's Capability Build Fund. To date three projects from the first round of the Capability Build Project Fund have received funding of $250,000. The remaining funded will be allocated to new projects in late 2008.

The Travel and Event Fund is currently open for applications.
