REANNZ is proud to support the specialist needs of our members from New Zealand's research, education and innovation community.
Catherine's professional background is in science, natural history and public engagement. For the past 5 years she has worked in the UK museum sector where she developed a range of youth education programmes inspired by different exhibitions. Catherine enjoys problem-solving and working with people to support them in their roles, both of which she looks forward to doing as the Corporate Assistant. Catherine has a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Science Communication. Alongside her part-time role here at REANNZ Catherine can also be found leading guided tours at the Zealandia ecosanctuary. As Catherine has recently moved to New Zealand, outside of work she can be found exploring the beaches, tramping tracks and visiting the cinemas in the Wellington area.
